You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week. Our sessions are more than just a work out or a stretch. Yoga is for your mind, your heart, your essence, and your physical body.
Working to build self awareness on a deeper level, we offer time to ground and connect to ourselves allowing the mind, heart and body to open to the lovely taste being, and feeling the flow. This sets the tone for gratitude as we explore the practice of yoga through breath, movement and stillness to encourage balance, strength, and well being.
All sessions draw influence from our experience with the following styles:
Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty)
Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch - you won't break a sweat)
Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)

This class is the SUMMER CLASS at 9 am Eastern Standard Time in Stamford/Old Greenwich, Connecticut.
Once you have registered you will receive a text with information regarding volunteer teacher and location.
Love offerings always excepted, not required for host teacher.

Depending on when and where, we may find ourselves involved in or offering a group yoga class. Whether it be seasonal outdoor yoga, a yoga series, pop up or a retreat project, we keep you informed through our website, Vagaro scheduler, and social media.

Private sessions for individuals and couples are our primary focus. Your personalized, convenient private yoga program takes place in your home, or the place of your choice (weather and location accessibility permitting), with a weekly appointment or series that best fits your life and your schedule.
Where to begin?
First, give us a call or fill out the form below to schedule a time for us to call you. We'll consult on the phone to make sure we're the right fit.
Next, we come to your home or meet up place for an introductory session. We'll assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice.
From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.
We ask for a commitment of at least six weeks to start.
We are pleased to create a space for you to restore physically and spiritually through yoga practice to return to your jobs, families, and personal lives feeling grounded, focused, and clear.
